The Estate is located at Pouilly in the heart of Pouilly Fuissé at approximately 10kms west of Macon and very close to the famous rock of Solutré. 

With a total surface of 11,5 acres, it produces several appellations:
- Pouilly Fuissé
- Pouilly Fuissé " Les Chailloux"
- Pouilly Loché "Les mûres"
- Mâcon Solutré
- Crémant de Bourgogne

These wines are matured in tanks, vats or oak barrels with control of the fermentation temperature and an analytical follow-up of the "cuvées".
