Our Domain
For several generations, our house has perpetuated a family and regional tradition. The two families, Huber and Bléger, live of the same passion and have exploited a long-term traditional know-how.
We cherish this heritage made of land, history and love of the wine profession. We define ourselves as producers and advisors. We are proud to to share our history and our passion. Therefore, we look upon the quality on how we receive our visitors. WThe team is younger : today Franck BLEGER has replaced his uncle Robert, whilst Sebastien HUBER has followed in his grandfather’s step (Marcel).
As the Lucky children of the Alsatian Vineyard, we benefit from a sandy-granitic platform which allows our terroir to stand amongst the jewels of the Wine Route. We are situated along this road, right at the heart of Saint Hippolyte, a small town of the Haut-Rhin which proudly stands at the foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.

The Tradition Cellar
Elaborated in a classical way, our “Tradition Cellar” wines are characterised by their fruitiness and freshess. They reveal successfully the whole richness and diversity of the Alsatian wine varieties.

The Terroir Cellar
Born in the best of our vineyards, our “Terroir cellar” wines subtly express the typical mineral granite touch. It is one of the components of this mosaic that constitutes the richness of the Alsatian wine platform.
Elegant, highly refined, those wines are already very expressive in their young age.

The Prestige Cellar
Carefully selected, the grapes devoted to the production these bottles  are left on the stock to benefit fully from a, generally, shiny late autumn. A few weeks after the end of the classic grape-picking, those overmatured bunches of grapes, with their wrinkled and “toasted” berries, are harvested with the greatest of all cares. Their wonderful juices will give birth to the sweet or syrupy wines which constitute our “Prestige Cellar”.
